Rental fee: $4500
Reserved time: 12pm Friday until 12:00pm Sunday
First half due upon signing rental contract
Second half + taxes + $500 security deposit due 30 days prior to event
November through March
Rental fee: $3800
Reserved time: 12pm Friday until 12:00pm Sunday

Lower Level Only
Lower level is used for smaller gatherings not including receptions.

*Lower level access is included in the full-venue rental fees for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
